Handmade Knitted Tie, crafted from silk and inspired by the colours found in Olivia’s photography of Iceland.
Approx Tie Dimensions: Total Length: 153cm, Blade width: 5cm, Tail width: 2cm
This Drips Knitted Tie is crafted from 100% Silk in silver with a purple underlay. The piece is made by Olivia in her London studio on a Santagostino 12gg Industrial Knitting machine.
After washing and steaming, Olivia then lines the silk with a knitted bondable facing to ensure the tie does not stretch during use. Next, Olivia carefully hand sews the tie together. This is a painstaking process but key to ensure that the pattern matches perfectly on the back. Due to the nature of this process, no one piece is ever exactly the same (Find out more here).
Your Knitted Tie will come elegantly packaged in sustainable materials, including a hand letter pressed swing tag containing care instructions & Olivia’s signature.

UK: All pieces are made to order with a lead time of 10 days from order being placed to delivery. Postage to UK addresses is free, always.
Europe: All pieces are made to order with a lead time of 2 weeks from order being placed to delivery.
Rest of the World: All pieces are made to order with a lead time of 18 days from order being placed to delivery.
