Keeping in touch

If your personal details are on our newsletter mailing list it is because you have given your consent by signing up either in person or via the website.

We will only ever use this information to send you a newsletter detailing upcoming events, new designs and products and promotions, under the legal basis of legitimate interest. 

If you have made a purchase, we may store information about this purchase such as what you bought and why, for purposes of sending you relevant marketing emails under the basis of legitimate interest.

We never ever send spam

We never under any circumstances sell or share your data or purchase data from other companies.

Purchasing

If you buy from us using a credit or debit card in person, for example at open studios or a show, we will use iZettle to take your payment. iZettle will use your card details to process the payment to us, but we will never store these.

At the point of purchase, you can opt to have your receipt emailed to you. We do not retain this information unless you agree at the time to be added to the mailing list.

If you buy online via this website, we will collect your name, address and phone number so we can send you your order and contact you should any issues arise. 

You may request for this to be deleted at any time after order completion. 

No payment details are ever stored or shared with any third parties.

This website and shop are hosted by Squarespace who are a US based company.

Shipping

If you purchase online via the website or order a bespoke piece via email, we will have to ship your product to you. 

In order to do this, we must share your delivery address details with our shipping couriers.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes that WE collected it for.

We review all personal data that we hold every 2 years.
