PAYMENT

Payment for bespoke orders must be made via bank transfer on receipt of invoice. 

Items from the collection can be paid for via credit/debit card when ordered from the 'shop' page of the website.

We can deliver anywhere in the world. Prices for delivery will vary depending on location.

UK - FREE SHIPPING - sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

EUROPE - £15 - sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD - £20 - sent via Royal Mail.

RETURNS

Unfortunatly, due to all pieces being handmade and one of a kind, Olivia J Holland is unable to accept returns. We may accept an exchange if a piece is bought as a gift, however this will be decided on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed. Postage charges will be covered by the customer in this instace.
